Chloe Backes

Chloe Backes is the poetry/ art editor on the Elan literary magazine staff. A visual artist and creative writer, she often speaks on the beauty of life and the complexities of relationships. Backes has received multiple scholastic awards and has been a nominee for American Visions for her artwork. She performs her writing annually as a Creative Writing major at Douglas Anderson School of the Arts.
